When Everything Changes: Choose What Matters

Take a breath.

You don’t need to explain why you’re here.

Maybe something happened.
Maybe nothing dramatic happened at all.

You just know you can’t keep living the way you’ve been living.

That’s enough.

You’re not broken.

You’re not weak.

You’re not behind.

You might just be tired.

Tired of holding everything together.

Tired of pretending you’re fine.

Tired of living by rules you never consciously chose.

That kind of tired doesn’t need fixing.

It needs space.

I’ve sat with people in this space for over 20 years.

And I’ve been here myself.

When my Mum died, I didn’t need a plan.

I didn’t need motivation.

I needed someone steady.

Someone who could sit with me while I figured out what was true now.

That’s what this is.

Seven days. One email each day. No overwhelm. No pressure. No dramatic transformation.

Just a structured, contained space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening.

Where This Came From

In 2018, I wrote two blog posts about Significant Emotional Events. The moments that disrupt everything. That throw the rules you’ve been living by into the air and force one question: what actually matters to me now?

People find them at 2am when they can’t sleep. After a funeral. After a redundancy. After nothing dramatic happened at all – just a quiet knowing that something has to change.

I’ve been reading those comments and emails for seven years. And I kept thinking, reading about this is one thing. But what do you actually do with it?

That’s what this is.

What Happens Over Seven Days

Days 1-4: You’ll start to see what you’ve actually been living by. Where it came from. Who taught you. What it’s cost you.

Not to blame anyone. Just to see clearly.

Days 5-7: You’ll decide what actually matters to you now. And you’ll make one small, honest choice based on that.

Each day includes a story, a reflection, and a simple practice. You’ll need a notebook, because the writing is where things shift.

You can reply to me if you want to. But this isn’t about access to me. I provide the structure, the sequence, and the questions. You provide the honesty.

If you miss a day, nothing breaks. There’s no falling behind here. 10-15 minutes a day is enough.

This isn’t the end point. It’s the moment you stop and choose differently for the first time.

People have used these seven days during burnout, grief, quiet dissatisfaction, and everything in between. The common thread isn’t crisis. It’s people who’d been living by someone else’s rules for so long they’d forgotten they had a choice.

One client told me she didn’t change her life.

She just stopped pretending she was fine.

That was the beginning.

Hi, I’m Andrea

For over 20 years I’ve worked with CEOs, clinicians, and business owners across three continents. People who had everything on paper and felt nothing when they got there.

When my Mum died in 2018, I was inside the very work I’d guided others through for decades. Knowing the framework didn’t make it easier. It made it real.

This programme grew from that lived experience and seven years of people finding these words at 2am and not knowing what to do next.

I’m that straight-talking friend who’ll challenge you to challenge yourself, but always with warmth, heart, and honesty. Northern grit meets deep compassion.

Most people spend decades living by rules they never chose.

Seven days to see them clearly, and make one honest choice.

£95. Seven days. One decision that’s actually yours.

As my Dad used to say:

“It’s either important, or it’s not. You choose.”

If you’re here, something in you already knows this matters.

You don’t have to be ready. You don’t have to have the words.

You just have to be willing.
