I’m Andrea, Soulful Challenger. For 25 years I’ve worked with leaders and organisations across four continents who’ve lost themselves somewhere along the way.
I call it Hide and Seek Work. Noticing where we hide. Remembering who we are. Not becoming something new …returning to what’s already there.

That progression is real and I’m leaving it there. Because hiding and remembering isn’t a straight line. And neither is finding your voice as a writer.
