Most of us fill our walks with podcasts, phone calls, or the mental to-do list. We’re physically moving but mentally somewhere else entirely. My audio walks are different. Not a meditation. Not a breathing exercise. Just me, something I noticed, and one question worth carrying.

 

Five to ten minutes of actually being present with yourself.


No instructions. No deep breaths. Just noticing what comes up when you give yourself the space. You don’t even need to go for a walk. Though that’s where I do my best thinking.
