When I shared this, Professor Anthony Sturgess, Professor of Leadership and Enterprise at Wrexham University, responded: “Too often we think of growth as expansion, getting bigger, doing more. But growth should be about a deeper, richer growth.”
The work travels because the truth in it is universal. A woman from Oldham asking the same question for 25 years: When did you stop being yourself? …and finding that people from Jamaica to New Zealand to boardrooms across four continents have the same answer.
